Summary:
Support the marketing, communications, public relations, and employee relations efforts of Platte Valley Companies.
Maintain consistent branding within federal compliance guidelines by utilizing appropriate marketing tools with use of logos, promotional items and materials and advertising.
Provide support to Company functions and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
a.
Update and maintain all websites and social media.
This includes all digital marketing materials for all segments of marketing and the Company's online presence (SEO, Google My Business).
b.
Create graphics, media design, and custom photography for all marketing mediums.

Monitor all emails sent to info@pvbank.
com and askmvb@bankmvb.
com d.
Assist in the placement of advertising and print materials that communicate to various audiences within federal compliance guidelines about the companies and their products and services to include newspaper and magazine, video production, digital ads, brochures, newsletters, television and radio ads, posters, electronics signs, business cards, presentations, invitations, EXPO collateral, movie slides, and tickets.

Coordinate the design and development of Company newsletters to include the Internal Newsletter and Bi-monthly Ambassador Club Newsletter.
f.
Assist with Company functions and participate in the annual float committee.
Serve as a contact for public relations activities in the local area.
g.
Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally, greet and assist walk-in customers.
h.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum
Qualifications:
1.
Post high school education and/or two years marketing/digital marketing and/or graphic design experience.
2.
Speak, read and write English is essential.
Bi-lingual preferred, but not essential.
3.
Excellent computer skills in various applications.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher; and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, Acrobat, and Reader; and Word Press for websites.
4.
Good mathematical skills.
5.
